Team FGH are preparing to kick off another year of serious challenges in the name of charity! After raising over £20,000 for Movember over the last four years, this year we have decided to raise money for two different charities,

Charity One: Cancer Research

Thanks to supporters like you they have saved millions of lives by discovering new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer. Over the past century, their researchers have made consistent progress in the fight against cancer, and survival has doubled over the past 40 years.

Its time cancer was Crushed!!! It’s a scary stat that 1 in 2 of us will get it!!!!

Charity Two: Bradford Central Foodbank

Bradford Central Foodbank provides emergency food for people in crisis in Bradford. They meet the short-term need by providing a food parcel that provides meals for three days and try to address the long-term need by signposting people to other help around the city. In the last 12 months they have fed over 5500 people in crisis in our city!

The main event will be a brisk walk up Mount Snowdon on the weekend of the 12-13th November.

We always get lost, injured and cry so please help us to feel motivated!!!

Also on the bill will be our annual bake-off, more information to follow, plus there will be a couple more things going on over the month
